The Process is a highly accelerated overview of the award-winning technique training championed by The Studio. The class is designed for those new to The Studio, those with previous training and existing students who would like to revisit the core fundamentals.
The aim of the class is to equip actors with with a set of tools and techniques that will allow them to create truthful life on stage, that is unique to each actor.
Class content includes basic technique, methods for release of tension and concentration on stage, sensory and emotional recall work, Uta Hagen Object Exercises, personalisation, and moment-to-moment work with a partner. Class work will be a combination of both individual and ensemble based practical exercises, and students should expect weekly homework assignments to be completed out of class hours.
Successful completion of The Process will enable students to enrol in The Studio's ongoing Scene Study classes.

WHAT TO PREPARE
Students must read 'Fine on Acting: A Vision of the Craft' by Howard Fine prior to the commencement of the class; available from online retailers, as well as from The Studio.
