If you are a current student wishing to book rehearsal space for Scene Study, Full Time, the Masterclass or any of our other classes, please use the form below to make your booking.
If you are not a student and would like to hire one of our spaces, please get in touch at admin@howardfinestudio.com.au or (03) 9038 8053 to enquire about outside hirer rates and arrange your booking and venue access.
Details on how to access The Studio to rehearse outside of business hours are included in your automated booking confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: We’ve embedded our office calendar at the bottom of the page and suggest you browse it before looking to make your booking, it should make the process easier.
Spaces Available
THE THEATRE
SIZE: 48 sq. m.
CAPACITY: 50 people.
The theatre is a versatile space, featuring wooden floorboards, a tiered seating bank, and foldable chairs. It’s best suited to rehearsals, workshops and small performances.
STUDIO 1
SIZE: 28 sq. m.
CAPACITY: 10 people - 18 (depending on usage).
Studio 1 features carpeting, white walls and black foldable chairs available for use. It’s best suited to rehearsals, very small workshops and auditions.
STUDIO 2
SIZE: 22 sq. m.
CAPACITY: 10 people.
The smallest of our spaces, Studio 2 features carpeting, and is best suited to small rehearsals and workshops, and auditions.

Calendar
It might not be pretty and it might not make immediate sense to you, but the calendar below might help you as you look to secure your room booking. We suggest switching to the ‘Week’ view (as opposed to the default ‘Month’ view) and going from there.
PLEASE NOTE: The Theatre, Studio 1 and Studio 2 can all be occupied at the same time (i.e. if someone has booked Studio 1, you can book the Theatre). Likewise any bookings for classes default to be in the Theatre unless otherwise specified.
