ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE INTENSIVE WITH KAREN ANDERSON
Suitable for all creatives, whether you're discovering the Alexander Technique for the first time or returning to go deeper.
This hands-on intensive focuses on the core principles of the Alexander Technique, giving you practical tools to begin or refine your own practice — with clear, personalised guidance on what to work on and how to work on it and tools you can carry into your daily practice, rehearsal room or performance.
Working from the ground up, the day moves through guided semi-supine, breath, voice and movement, before applying the technique directly to performance.
You'll explore how to release habitual tension, find greater ease in your body and bring more presence to your work at every stage of the performance process — from anticipation through to execution.
